Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return window, giving you two weeks from the day your order is delivered to submit a return request. After this period has passed, we are unable to accept return submissions.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it arrived—unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to complete your request.

Please do not send any items back without first receiving confirmation from our team, as unapproved returns will not be processed.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We will do our best to stop the order before it is prepared or shipped. Once an order has started processing or has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. If this happens, you may still request a return after the package arrives. Damages and Issues

Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on qualified items, ensuring you can easily switch to another size or style. You will only be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item. Our team will supply the appropriate instructions to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Restocking Fee
We do not apply any restocking fees. As long as your return complies with our policy requirements, you will receive your refund or exchange in full without additional charges. Every returned product is inspected upon arrival, and we handle restocking internally without passing costs on to you.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. As with standard returns, the item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
