Order Processing

All orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). This processing window reflects the time required for order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

During busy seasons, holiday periods, or in situations where payment information is incomplete or address details require clarification, processing times may be extended slightly. Should any issue arise that may delay your order, our team will contact you via email to ensure everything progresses smoothly.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) are typically processed on the same business day.

Orders submitted after this cutoff will begin processing on the next business day. In these cases, your overall estimated delivery timeframe may be extended by an additional business day.

Handling & Transit Time

All orders shipped within the United States are delivered without any additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.

Lunadrape is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or local delivery services, but we will always do our best to assist you if any issues arise during shipment.

Delivery Confirmation & Lost Packages

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lunadrape is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation. We will assist you whenever possible to help resolve the situation.
